When we moved into our new house 6 years ago my wife and I agreed that we would not have wanted to carry out such a project with anyone other than Pete and Michelle Brolly.
Our project involved the almost total demolition of the existing building and so threw up a few surprises as the project progressed. Also by the time we started the project our architect was no longer involved, leaving several problems to be resolved. Despite these issues the variation procedure worked on the very rare occasions that it was needed, and we never had a cross word never mind a dispute throughout the whole eight month project which finished on time and on budget despite three months when it rained every day.
Since living in our house the Brollys have always responded quickly and positively to any issues that have arisen, initially for two years using a formal snagging list and subsequently on an ad hoc basis as required.
We have recommended the Brolly’s to a number of friends locally over the past six years and every single one has been delighted by the working relationship they developed and the quality of the workmanship and in turn have recommended Pete and Michelle to their friends.
