We were recommended by word of mouth to Brolly Refurbishment when we were in the late planning stages for our new build property in the summer of 2017. Having viewed a number of reference sites, and from the rapport that we developed, we knew that Brolly’s would be our preferential builder of choice.
From the outset, we arranged regular monthly meetings to discuss progress and identify any potential hold-ups, with any unexpected items being dealt with over the phone and on site as required. Peter & Michelle have huge experience in the building industry and this resulted in a very smooth build process – Plans were followed meticulously and potential difficulties arising were dealt with through discussion, diligence and perseverance. At no stage did we feel out of control or left wondering what was going to happen next – everything was open and honest, and nothing was too much trouble.
Communication between ourselves and Brolly’s was excellent; Michelle who managed the project was usually available, but if not, always called back within a reasonable time frame.
Brolly’s have an excellent team of tradespeople who act as a tight team, (almost a family) all pulling in the same direction. The result was a house that has been built to the required standards with a very high quality of workmanship, with no issues of any severity at all.
Peter & Michelle go out of their way to help with the softer touches, and regularly offered their advice and assistance in the choosing of fixtures and fittings, following this through with ordering and installation of our chosen products. They are both, (as is the whole team), approachable and knowledgeable and are only too willing to offer their advice
We are absolutely delighted with our new house which was fully completed in September 2018, and have no reservations in recommending Brolly’s for anyone embarking on a refurbishment or new build project.
